What is Bildy?
Bildy is a mobile and web platform designed to help you manage your delivery notes and invoices, making it easier to handle digital signatures and automatically store all your signed delivery notes in the cloud.
Plus, Bildy lets you create proforma invoices or regular invoices with just a click. Simply select the period you want to invoice or create a proforma for, and Bildy takes care of the rest.
But hey, if you prefer, you can always do it manually :P

How do users register on Bildy?
You can register on Bildy through the web or mobile app. All you need is your email address, a password, and some basic information about your business type. You can also receive an invitation to join a team.

How do I generate a delivery note to be signed from the app?
Creating a delivery note with Bildy is quick and straightforward! Here’s how it works:
Link your delivery note to a project or service.
Associate that project/service with a client.
Voilà! Your delivery note is ready to go, fully connected to both the project and the client for easy tracking and sign-off.
It’s all about making the process seamless and organized—no more confusion!
What information is required to create a work or service in Bildy?
When creating a project, you must assign a name that helps both you and your client easily identify it. You can also share it with them via Bildy Cloud.
Additionally, you can include extra details such as the project/service code (which may correspond to a service or purchase order in some cases), the client’s email, and the specific project address.
How do I create a client in Bildy?
Creating a client in Bildy is easy! Just select the “Create Client” option in either the mobile app or the web version, Bildy Cloud. You'll need to enter the client’s name and tax ID (CIF), while the billing address is optional.
You can also add the client’s logo later in the “Edit Client” section.
What restrictions exist for editing or deleting clients and projects in Bildy?
At Bildy, the security of your signed documents is our top priority. That’s why you cannot edit or delete clients or projects if they have signed delivery notes associated with them. However, you can update the client’s tax address at any time without issues.
If you prefer not to see certain clients or projects, you can archive them. This keeps them stored safely but out of sight in your main view. Everything stays organized and secure!
Does Bildy offer support for integration with other systems?
Currently, Bildy does not support direct external integrations. However, it is designed to make data export easy, with compatible formats that can be used seamlessly with other systems.
Can I automate proformas or invoices?
Absolutely! That’s one of the great advantages of Bildy. Once you’ve added items and signed delivery notes, generating a proforma and/or invoice is as simple as almost a single click.
Is it possible to share delivery notes, proformas, or invoices?
Yes! Bildy is built to be super collaborative. Our goal is to help you focus on your business, leaving behind the hassle of emails, calls, and back-and-forth.
With Bildy Cloud, sharing is as simple as selecting a proforma or invoice and sending it by email directly from the platform. Your client will receive a link to view, approve, or reject the document, making communication smoother and speeding up the process.
